| Chicago History.
Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) 4000-Series car no. 4271 (Cincinnati Car Co., 1914-1924) is seen leading a two-car loop special in celebration of the Transit Authority's 75th anniversary. Seen here at Harold Washington Library-State/Van Buren Station, the historic train looks right at home in front of the historic Fisher Building (completed 1896) and the Rothschild Building (aka the Goldblatt's Building, completed 1912)! |
