Jackson. Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045), and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) were on the rear of the Amtrak Train 58 (City of New Orleans) on Saturday, October 5, 2019 as it made the station stop in Jackson, Mississippi. The 1929 Art Deco style 18 story Standard Life Building in the background was once a mixed use commercial building but is now residential apartments, and stands as the 4th tallest building in Jackson.
