Shelby. Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome 549 (WEBX 801045) on the rear of Amtrak Train 7 (Empire Builder) on August 2, 2021 as it made the station stop in Shelby, Montana. The city was named in honor of Peter O. Shelby, General Manager of the Montana Central Railway.
