On a cold Winter morning, BO-1 passes Westbound through Brickyard Interlocking on the MBTA's Eastern Route Mainline in Lynn, MA with 8 empties from Rousselot in tow. This interlocking was installed in the mid-90s as the entire route was upgraded with new track and infrastructure. Locomotive MEC 345 was completed rebuilt and overhauled by NRE in Paducah, KY and upgraded to Dash 2 specifications.
