| Legendary "Arlecchino" train ETR.252 of the Italian State Railways FS at Roma Termini after its 7-hour journey from Milano Centrale. There were 4 of these 4-car high-speed trains from the ETR.250 series, built in 1960 by BREDA for the Olympic games in Rome. ETR stands for "Elettro Treno Rapido" (electric high-speed train). One consist, the ETR.252, has recently been remarkably restored by the "Fondazione FS Italiene" and is now available for charters. |
