Passing Through Portland. On March 28, 2022, Amtrak Train 11 (Coast Starlight) was crossing the Steel Bridge in Portland, Oregon with Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044), former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045), and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) holding the markers. The railroad crossing over NW Naito Parkway allows for a view of the train as it glides on to the lower deck of the famous span.
