| NS K&A branch local T21 pauses at South Plant having just met an outbound ATRR run as the crew awaits permission into Arconic's South Plant yard. During the 30 or so minutes of waiting CSX L665, ATRR's other interchange road would pull into the scene 300 feet to the south, where they would sit until both T21 and ATRR were clear and into the yard. |
