Stormy skies and their results. The last of the former Southern Pacific SD9s for the Port of Tillamook Bay slowly rots around the remains of other locomotives and railcars that have found new lives as razor blades. Cut off by storm damage in 2007, POTB was essentially put out of business as rebuilding costs could not be justified.
