| May 24, 2022, was the first day of revenue service for the Kawasaki M8 Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) on Shore Line East. On a blue sky afternoon in Branford, train 1673 arrives at the station just after 3pm. These will be a common sight now as the CTrail diesels will be transferred to other lines in Connecticut. |
