Splitting the searchlight signals in Caliente, BNSF intermodal train Z-KCKNBY1-05 descends Tehachapi Pass on its way from Kansas City to North Bay, the BNSF intermodal facility in San Pablo, California. BNSF Dash 9-44CW 4475, Dash 9-44CW 6978 and ES44DC 7300 are powering this train as the sun begins to burn through the cloud cover. (Caliente, California – November 7, 2009)
