On May 8, 2017, Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) was holding the markers on the Amtrak Lake Shore Limited (Train 48) as it crossed the bridge in Savannah, New York. This span crosses a "savanna" or grassy plain in the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge.
