| Light fades fast during the winter in New England. It's about 4 PM and it's nearly dark as this Shore Line East train to New London rolls into Old Saybrook. It's a fairly mild but raw day on the Connecticut coast and it has created a moody scene at the station, as 2021 closes out its final day in December. |
