| "Giruno" highspeed trains RABe 501 # 014 and # 024 of the SBB in multiple control, forming a 404 meter long train, are running the Eurocity 307 from Zürich to Bellinzona-Lugano-Milano-Bologna, near Altdorf towards the 57 kilometer long Gotthard Base Tunnel (GBT). The train is accelerating to 200 km/h. In the background is Rigi Hochflue mountain (1698 m). |
