| UP LSF54 is highballing it southward through Odell, IL with a decent size train for Bloomington Yard. UP 1066, wearing sharp Southern Pacific paint, leads the way with help from a sister GP60. The rolling stock consists of 1 tank car from Dow Chemical (DuPont) in Wilmington and 23 covered hoppers from Hoffman Transportation in Coal City. My dad spent many summers in Odell during the 50's and 60's. I imagine the town was just as peaceful back then as it is now. |
