Remarks & Notes
Eureka & Palisade 4-4-0 "Eureka" and Carson & Tahoe Lumber & Fluming 2-6-0 "Glenbrook," both built by Baldwin in 1875, are double-headed westbound with a short freight train arriving at Osier, Colorado, on August 27, 2021. They are meeting the regular Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad passenger train powered by K-36 Mikado No. 489, that is ready to depart for Antonito. The unusual action takes place during the Victorian Iron Horse Roundup celebrating the 50th anniversary of C&TS.
