On this day, the travel agency ZRT Bahnreisen organized a trip with all 3 steam locomotives of the Rigi Bahnen from Vitznau via Rigi Kulm to Arth Goldau, with a stylish arrival with a steam express train from Lyss pulled by the express steam locomotive 01 202 to Lucerne and by ship across Lake Lucerne. In front of the large depot building in Vitznau, the three steam locomotives are prepared for the trip over the mountain. The H 1/2 # 7 was built in 1873 by the SLM (as the very first locomotive of this factory) and is currently guest on the old home line for 3 years, loaned by the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne. H 2/3 # 16 was built in 1923, H 2/3 # 17 in 1925 by SLM in Winterthur for the Rigi Railway.
