Remarks & Notes

BN SD9 6103 and SD7 6010 take a rest between assignments at BN's former Great Northern Belknap St. Yard. This yard became BN's main regular freight yard in the Twin Ports after the merger in 1970 with the NP. The SD7s would not last too much longer, but many of the SD9s soldiered on into the BNSF 1995 merger.
