Remarks & Notes

A string of UP GP20 and GP9 B units were in storage at Albina Yard, Portland, OR in December 1974. The 309B and 347B are GP20Bs made from GP9Bs by UP in Omaha. The third unit is a GP9B not rebuilt. These locos were also seen in service in the Pacific Northwest in 1974.
