Soo Line 415, an Alco DL-640 (RS27), awaits its assignment at Shoreham Yard, Minneapolis. SOO 415 & 416 were known as the Dolly sisters and were the last two Alcos acquired by SOO in April 1962, the first new locos delivered in the red and white scheme. Initially used in road service, they became home bodies spending most of their time in transfer service around the Twin Cities.
