Remarks & Notes
A semi-truck heads south on I-91 in Windsor Locks as Connecticut Southern CSO-4 passes under. The train is led by Providence & Worcester GE B23-7R, which was originally built as a U23B in June of 1972 for the Western Pacific. It was rebuilt by GE as a Super 7. This photo was taken from the Amtrak station platform. While this location isn't popular with photographers as other spots north of here, the nice afternoon sunlight was hard to pass up.
