| Track Maintenance.
New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R113 crane car OC269 (Thrall, 1991) is seen assisting with track panel replacement north of W 8th St Station on the Culver Line. The track behind the train is the one currently being worked on, and the transition from old track to new track is visible right where the shadow crosses. |
