| One reason it's hard to find a train on the old route of the 400 is that UP runs land barges. This eastbound Altoona to Adams manifest took more than 5 minutes to cross hwy M at this location just east of Augusta on the former Omaha double track mainline. And it was doing 50 mph. Four total units powered this approx. 15000 ft. train. |
