Red On Red. When CSX I010-14 came down the River Sub on the morning of Saturday, January 15, 2022 an alert member of the Piermont Fire Department brought engine 13-1001 (2004 Pierce Sabre 1000/500, Empire Hose Company No. 1) out for the occasion of CSXT 911 (ES44AH, Honoring Our 1st Responders) leading. Seen approaching CP 22 in Blauvelt, New York, the train was not far from its destination in Port Newark, New Jersey.
