| After an unforeseen tragedy, Wisconsin & Southern’s T-004 road train screams up to the Williams elevator outside Waukesha with a trio of “Reds” and a 60m. Not too many WSOR painted motors with PTC, so these red leaders are far and few between on the PTC trains. |
