| While you can't feel it by looking at the picture, it was a bone-chilling 13 degrees as a 57 car Connecticut Southern CSO-4 passes over its namesake river between Enfield and Windsor Locks. The train is powered by Connecticut Southern GP38-2 2011 and Providence & Worcester B23-7R 2215 and is headed for Hartford.
