Back in February of 2019, a CN "Cowl" makes its way through the snow in Olympia Fields, Illinois. C40-8M's are no longer permitted to lead in the United States, due to a lack of PTC. A number of them are still running trains in Canada, while a number have also been scrapped/stored.
