Perhaps the best view from the entire New York City subway system is at the elevated station at the Smith-9th Streets Station in Brooklyn, looking at lower Manhattan from across the East River. NYCT R160 car 9932 brings an outbound G Line train into the station, with the Freedom Tower (which replaced the destroyed World Trade Center's Twin-Towers) dominating the skyline (above and to the right of the solar panel).
