Stranger in a Strange Land
Southern Pacific's "Slim Princess", 4-6-0 No.18 leads the Second Silverton Train into Rockwood Colorado as the helper. The trains are just long enough that one of Durango's 'big jack' locomotives can't pull the loaded train up Hermosa Hill, so the 18 is added at the water tank there. |
