Durango to Dolores. Charging through the colorful high country of southwestern Colorado, a Rio Grande Southern freight makes its way through Lost Canyon on a run from its terminal in Durango to the City of Dolores, some 60 rail miles to the northwest.

This re-creation of an RGS freight was staged in September of 2021 on the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, just south of the Colorado/New Mexico border, about 2 miles east of Osier Colorado, at Milepost 316.2.
