Remarks & Notes
A Car For Business. Coincident to building the infrastructure for Pop-Up Metro at the Rockhill Trolley Museum in Orbisonia, Pennsylvania, Henry Posner III decided that former CN business car "Terra Nova 2" at the Orangedale, Nova Scotia, Station Museum was on the "endangered" list. He made the decision to have the car shipped to the museum to use as the Pop-Up Metro office. Built by Canadian Car & Foundry (CC&F) in 1955 as an 8 Section/1 Drawing Room Sleeping Car "Bonavista", it was converted to a Business Car in 1979, and served until the end of service in 1988. It was at several different locations for preservation before winding up in Orangedale and coming to Pennsylvania. While it was operated on a narrow gauge railroad, it presently sits on standard gauge trucks, as seen on October 7, 2021.
