A hazy sunrise on Monday, September 14, 2020 greeted former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) as it was preparing to depart Niagara Falls, New York on Amtrak Train 64. The car was on a round trip charter from Albany-Rensselaer, New York to Niagara Falls, New York.
