| The True Master Suite. When Webb Rail redesigned the interior space of former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044), Webb Rail considered its customers, who desire a luxury experience, and not a high capacity accommodation. The master suite is a combination of 2 bedrooms with a full shower/bathroom and a queen sized mattress. The 313 is a full sleeper dome that sleeps 13 passengers.
