Streaking Through Shelby. On August 2, 2021, Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) held the markers on the Amtrak Empire Builder (Train 7) as it flew past the former the now shuttered Westmark Grain Corporation location in Shelby, Montana. Although the skies appear threatening, rain would hold off for the rest of the day.
