| SW600 No. 1280 is seen in fresh yellow and green paint at Trego, Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Great Northern acquired the unit as a parts source for the Mark Twain Zephyr, currently under restoration. For a C&NW Historical Society function in 2019, the unit was given a fresh paint job to represent C&NW 1280 (it was not originally a North Western unit). |
