Indiana Harbor Belt GP38-2 3800 shows off its new-ish Veterans paint scheme at the railroad’s Gibson Yard. This engine was built as Penn Central 8066, later becoming Conrail 8066, and then Norfolk Southern 5274 before being acquired by the IHB. (Hammond, Indiana - September 24, 2021).
