After engine failure in Kansas City, the Southwest Chief suffered a 4 hour delay as BNSF gathered up a Dash-9 from their yard to help lend in a hand in continuing the journey westward. Here is the Chief, nearly 5 hours and 50 minutes late, about to pass under the I-25 just south of Raton, NM.
