On a cloudy winter morning, power plant coal train, NS 764, rolls east through CP Seneca on the Altavista District with an ES44AC on the point. CPL's still stand guard on the river for now. However, plans are in place to install new signals and activate PTC between CP Altavista and CP Abilene. New signals have already been installed at Altavista, but have yet to be cutover. So if you're in the area, shoot em' while ya can!
