Remarks & Notes
Operating as CSX P030, Amtrak 30(10), the Capitol Limited, running about an hour late at 10:48, is eastbound on No. 2 Main at North Branch, just (railroad) east of Cumberland. In less than one-quarter mile, the train will cross the North Branch of the Potomac River into West Virginia.

Just about where the last coach is in the photo, is where the Western Maryland Railway crossed over the former B&O; that bridge was finally removed by CSX in 2013.

Lots of acton one of the busiest - and fastest - sections of the Northeast Corridor plus the Capitol Limited going through Harpers Ferry, Sand Patch Tunnel and more.
