ALCO Safari Day 5, LA&L: After finishing the pull/spot at ADM, the morning crew shoves back to the main Lakeville yard with outbound cars. ALCO S-2, #72 was built in 7/1941 for the Buffalo Southern making her 80 years old this year. #72 was one of the LA&L's first locomotives, and is still used every day!
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
