| That Toddlin' Town. As Amtrak 58 (City Of New Orleans) was backing into Chicago Union Station on the afternoon of October 6, 2019, passengers in Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) had the best seat in the house. In a moment the train will cross the Canal Street railroad bridge. The Willis Tower looms large in the background, dominating the downtown Chicago, Illinois skyline.
