Remarks & Notes

The business train fights its way north on the Beaumont Sub. The train is just back on the move after stopping to look at high water north of Hornbeck. Heavy rains flooded the Beaumont Sub around lunchtime and slowed the operations way down. The business train will head in at Loring to meet 1 more southbound in 13 miles. After that the rest of the 75 miles into Shreveport will go fairly uneventful. The trip has been a long 2nd day! Here they put on a show as they speed up after taking a clear at North Fisher. The F's put on a good show in the nice evening light as they pass the depot/caboose!
