| Repurposed Locomotives and Train: NS 24Z heads east on Conrail Lehigh Track #2. Behind the leader is NS 8844 (a standard cab C40-9). Both locomotives were repurposed into AC44C6M locomotives. The leader was rebuilt into NS 4389 in October of 2020 and the trailer was rebuilt into NS 4096 in September of 2018. The train itself too was repurposed: NS 24Z no longer travels on the Lehigh Line but rather on the Morrisville Line. |
