Joking aside, we are on the stoker stand of a steam vehicle, the steam snowplow R # 12 (or Xrot d # 9212), built in 1913 by the SLM for the RhB for the main network. Martin Horath and his team have completely refurbished the vehicle during 18 years and it is probably more beautiful than new. The boiler pressure is at a good 12 bar. Later in the day, the snow blower proved its operational capability in deep heavy snow.
