More then 100 years electric railway traffic over the Gotthard line in Erstfeld, side by side. "Crocodile" Ce 6/8 II # 14253 of SBB Historic, based in Erstfeld, was built in 1919 by SLM and MFO. The "Traverso" train RABe 526 # 113/213 was built in 2020 by StadlerRail for the Südostbahn (SOB), which is operating this trains over the Gotthard mountain line since december 2020 in co-operation with the SBB.
