BN 9500 leads 2 more SD60MACs on a Soo Line train headed north toward La Crescent, MN having just passed through Bellevue, IA. BN had EMD demos numbered BN 9500-9503 and testing of these units led to multiple orders for production SD70MACs beginning in November 1993 and lasting into the early BNSF merger.
