As second train CC 1115 of the Rigibahnen from Vitznau to Rigi Kulm, this morning came cogwheel railcar BDhe 4/4 # 22 with cab car Bt # 32 up the 25.0 grade between Mittlerschwanden and Grubisbalm. The photographer reached this position with a fast walk, arriving with the first train CC 1115 in Grubisbalm several minutes before the second train. Note the pantograph on the cab car, which serves to scratch ice from the overhead wire in winter time.
