| Out of Place: An Arrow III EMU is noticeably out of place sitting on a siding off of Conrail’s Port Reading Secondary. It is here awaiting PTC upgrades just outside of the Kinkisharyo facility, one of the contractors assisting with the federally-mandated safety upgrades. |
