While run-through power was not common on the Pittsburgh Line, it was not unheard of as is the case with Oak Island-Conway manifest OIPI this October day. The train is entering Horseshoe Curve and undoubtedly whistling for the benefit of onlookers at the Curve. Fuji Sensia.
