"New Face of the Island"
New York Container Terminal utilizes GMTX SW1500 173 to drill containers in Conrail's Arlington Yard on March 10, 2021. The 173 has recently entered service on Staten Island to be the hopeful replacement for the leased Morristown & Erie MP15DC, as well as the Process Locomotive Works PL1500-4RS.
