CSX 1776 (Spirit Of Our Armed Forces) and CSX 3194 (Spirit Of Our Law Enforcement) lead Q409-18 south over Popolopen Creek near the Fort Montgomery, New York on Friday, February 19, 2021. A combination of ongoing snow and intermittent thaws brings ice in chunks near the Hudson River. The US Route 9W (road) and Popolopen Bridge Pedestrian Bridge can be seen in the background. |
